  • Manage ecase notes, IT services, and disburse information to the agency’s administration team, and liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Management of workflow internally throughout the agency.
  • Provide the agency with new incoming information pertaining to workflow and optimization.
  • Over see all aspects of the Drug screening program

Field Operstions Specialist

  • Acts as a liaison with local and county administration and provides comprehensive emergency management guidance and support to Family Support Specialist
  • Maintain and provide situational awareness of the agency’s requirements and protocols. Provides the agency with knowledge of rules and regulation pertaining to field related services.

  • Organize and update professional documents.
  • Use ecase notes to audit documents of authorized personnel and ensure documents comply with the state and agency’s requirements.
  • Resituate cases to prevent a case overload in ecase notes.
  • Assign and coordinate cases from ARGO.

  • Coach and train staff, ensuring that all Family Support Specialist (FSS) can coordinate services for parents and instruct information in a manner that is effective.
  • Ensures that FSS utilizes the approved curriculum appropriately, assuring the fidelity is maintained.
